Yesterday, twenty Neutrinos and mentors gathered to assemble FIRST Lego League mission models that will be used in Iowa Regionals and the State Championship. In total, We made about eight kits. We are excited to volunteer on December 13 at the FLL regional at the Science Center of Iowa.
On Saturday, our team will build five to ten Mission Model kits for the First Lego League competitions at Iowa State. Through this activity, our team will help out the FLL program that inspires the next generation of scientists and engineers.
Thanks to ISEK, Team Neutrino was able to have an outreach booth during this year’s FLL Championship at ISU. This event was very successful for us. We were almost constantly giving mini presentations to FLL teams and the general public who decided to stop by and see what Team Neutrino was. The kids really enjoyed being able to catch the frisbees that were shot by last year’s robot, and also had the chance to see what comes next after FLL.

Just wanted to update all of you about Saturday. We are going to be in 1071 Black Engineering from 9-12. We will have our Rebound Rumble robot there!
