From February 28th – March 1st, Team Neutrino had a fantastic time competing at the Greater Kansas City Regional in Lee’s Summit, Missouri! After 72 qualification matches, the team was ranked 3rd and was the captain of the 3rd seed alliance. With our alliance partners 4499 Highlanders and 1982 Cougar Robotics, Team Neutrino advanced to the finals where they upset the 1st seed alliance to win the regional and advance to the World Championships in Detroit, MI this April. This is the first time in the team’s history they have placed 1st at a regional competition. Team Neutrino was also fortunate enough to win the Engineering Inspiration award at the GKC Regional. Although we were lucky enough to have been able to compete this year, we know that many FRC teams around the world did not have the same opportunity, and our sympathies go out to them in this difficult time.
For the first time in our team’s history, Team Neutrino will be competing at a Week One regional! This weekend, February 28th – March 1st, Neutrino will be in Lee’s Summit, Missouri competing at the Greater Kansas City Regional. The team has been hard at work for the last six weeks, and is excited to show off our robot!
